In Mexico City’s wealthiest neighborhoods, the Ochoa family runs a private emergency vehicle, in competition with other revenue driven EMTs for patients needing critical assistance. As the Ochoas attempt to make a living in this merciless industry, they battle to shield their money related needs from trading off the individuals in their consideration.
